Who is responsible

The data controller is Mitia, founder of Glassworks, acting as a private individual during the beta. Contact for any privacy question or request: contact@glassworks.page.

What we collect and why

Your public pageName, role, summary, projects, events, tools, links and daily token totals that you or your agent send. Purpose: show your page. Basis: our agreement when you create it.
GitHub sign-inYour GitHub account ID and login, and an access token kept encrypted in your session cookie. Purpose: sign you in and sync the repositories you select. Basis: our agreement.
Selected repositoriesName, description, languages, topics, README and dependency files of the repositories you install the app on. Never the rest of your code. Purpose: draft your projects. Basis: our agreement.
EmailOnly if you add it, and shown on your page only if you choose to.
Technical dataIP address held in memory for a few minutes to limit abuse, and standard request logs kept by our host. Basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.
Audience statisticsVercel Web Analytics measures page visits and a few anonymous actions as aggregate statistics. A short event code from an arrival link is kept in this tab's session storage and attached to those actions. It uses no analytics cookies or personal identifiers. Basis: legitimate interest in understanding how Glassworks is used.

Cookies

Glassworks sets only cookies that are strictly necessary: a sign-in session cookie (30 days) and a short-lived cookie that secures the GitHub sign-in step (10 minutes). No analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no consent banner.

How long we keep it

Your page and its data are kept until you delete it. Unpublishing hides it immediately. Delete your page from your GitHub dashboard or ask your connected agent to delete it after you explicitly confirm. You can also write to contact@glassworks.page from an address or GitHub account we can link to the page; email requests are handled within 30 days. Uninstalling the GitHub app hides the projects drafted from it.

Who processes it

Data is processed only to run Glassworks, by: Vercel Inc. (hosting and Web Analytics), Neon (database), Cloudflare, Inc. (DNS), and GitHub, Inc. (sign-in and repository access you authorize). These providers are located in the United States; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Your public page is, by design, visible to everyone and may be indexed by search engines.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@glassworks.page. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
